So this is the part were I get to introduce myself and tell you a little about how Forever Young Pilates came about.Starting at an early age I was always involved in activities and sports and expressing myself through movement. Some may say I could never sit still and was always moving and bopping about. So it was no wonder that after school I went on to train as a dancer and then followed on to become a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor.As well as movement I have always had a great interest in the mind and body connection and after a decade of being a trainer and teaching multiple fitness and pilates classes it was not until 2015 that I began to truly go for my dream and
Start Up Forever Young Pilates.
Its my belief that NOBODY wants to slow down and become ill or immobile. We all want to stay as young as we can and function to the best of our ability.
Our classes are from beginner level to the more advanced.Everybody is Welcome! There is also private one to one options available for anyone who feels a class environment is too much for them or they just need that little personal touch.
I hold an accredited level 3 and 4 qualification in Pilates matwork, alongside Pilates for bone health, active ageing pilates, pre and post natal and Pilates Barre.
I believe that when we work with our bodies instead of against them and have self belief in how amazing each of us are ,we can become a stronger, healthier version of oneself.

I always had an interest in sport and fitness growing up, and in my twenties I developed a love for running. After the birth of my second child I decided to leave my job in IT and turn my passion for fitness into a career. I qualified as a fitness instructor, and soon after gained my Pilates teaching qualification.
I have worked with running groups and amateur sports teams, and have found that Pilates can compliment many different training programmes, bringing balance and functional mobility to increase performance and prevent injury.
I enjoy working with the many different types of people that come to classes, and am a firm believer that Pilates has something for everyone.
I admire the ethos of Forever Young Pilates and I look forward to working with its clients in helping them reach their full potential.
My name is Denise Mullins.
Sport, health & fitness have always been a big part of my life, even as child I played every sport I could, athletics being my preference.
I have also always had an interest in natural remedies, nutrition & mobility for recovery.
I first discovered Pilates when I lived in Australia in my early 20’s & completely fell in love with it. I couldn’t believe how simple some of the movements seemed yet how challenging they were. I noticed a huge difference in my body within weeks, my strength, flexibility & mobility all improved…. and so I was hooked!
I have always practiced Pilates over the years and when I decided to change careers, Pilates was an easy transition, it was hard work and completely different to finance but I have never looked back!
I am delighted to now be part of the wonderful team at Forever Young Pilates.
